Thin Line Fitness offers many unique services, both in person and online. We post periodic workouts and diet tips, but for more exclusive, personal plans we recommend contacting us.
Training in person- Ian offers his services to any public-servant agency; Fire, Police and EMS, that request his services in the Western and Upstate New York area. If only a few in your agency would like his services, something can definitely be worked out. The programs offered to agencies are four, six, and eight week plans and include two workouts per week as well as personal diet plans for all participants. Prices for agencies are determined based on participants and how long you would like the training.
Online services- For those of you that are out of Ian's traveling area or just can't talk the others in your agency into joining you on a journey to wellness, Ian will give you a workout plan based on your current physical level for eight weeks, as well as a personalized diet plan.
